Hi Greg. Thank you for all that information unfortunately everything you suggested I had already tried and guess what? It does not work. I consider this thread closed and I'm quite convinced the problem I have is on Microsoft's end and I will take the issue directly to them. Just so you are aware I am not the only Windows 11 user with this issue and not the only user getting help that isn't working.
Suit yourself, Rand. I help fix this same problem a dozen times every day of the year. Everyone who works with me gets it fixed. Are you sure you don't want to work with one of the most experienced experts on the web, winner of the highest award in the tech field for ten years is a row? I am here if you change your mind. The System will close the thread in a few months. Just because you have ten years in the tech field does not mean the information you're giving me is going to work.
I've been using computers for over 20 years and fixing this BS myself, so I do know a thing about computers What makes you think your information is going to work when I've already tried several times to fix the issue myself by talkin to online Microsoft techs, independent techs and looking up the information online and going through the steps? Tooting your own horn won't help me either.
I am pissed off, upset and very frustrated because THIS shouldn't be happening on a brand new desktop PC that came with Windows 11 preinstalled. What part of the above do you not understand.
Nothing is fixing it! I give up! Once again the issue is on Microsoft's side and I will take up the issue with them. Getting frustrated actually works against you. I stopped trying to fix problems when I'm frustrated because it's the only time they never get fixed. You also need a positive outlook and attitude to work with others or they will immediately drop you, and the forums doesn't tolerate rudeness to volunteers who are giving their time to help others.
If you only posted here to vent and not get help - which is all a forum is for - then you are in the wrong place. Please come back when you are not as frustrated and want to work with someone who knows how to fix these problems, which are often caused by the quality of the underlying install.
We know this because no one of millions who has done a gold standard Clean Install Windows 10 has ever come back with further problems.
Also FYI, I am required to reply as long as the thread is assigned to me, but will stay subscribed to the thread in case you decide to circle back to this later. Please know that there are experienced helpers here who care and will not quit for those who are polite and want to work with us. When is this update going to get fixed so it can be installed??? I have the same question 1.
